BRENT FERRIS
Brent Ferris is an ordained pastor, Michigan-based entrepreneur and founder/CEO of Ferris Wheel Consulting, and the creative force behind RDHD Official and Mazi Church. He helps to build companies at the intersection of faith, leadership, and product design. He is currently helping bring AI and better conversational experiences to market through servant-leadership principles in business. With 16 years in ministry, experience as an inventor, strategic account executive, founder, and as the author of It’s About Time, Brent blends relational leadership with data-driven strategy to help leaders build every area of their lives with purpose. He lives in Michigan with his wife, and their 3 children.
CASS FERRIS
As Vice President of Business Process Outsourcing, Cass develops and grows Morley’s client relationships, designs operational processes, and identifies new opportunities through industry thought leadership. He brings over four decades of experience managing omni-channel contact centers across telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, hospitality, retail/wholesale and other sectors. Cass is a longtime contributor to ICMI and SOCAP. Having presented at national conferences and served on SOCAP’s National Board, he serves on the advisory board for Saginaw Valley State University’s College of Business and Management. He’s known for applying servant-leadership principles to build award-winning service operations and for championing technology that enhances customer experience. He is a father, grandfather, and husband based in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
KEVIN DAVIS
Kevin Davis is a transformational leadership coach and passionate facilitator who believes exceptional leaders integrate personal purpose with professional excellence. As a former Teaching and Executive Pastor, he led leadership development while scaling the organization from one site to seven locations serving more than 10,000 people. As a partner with Phoenix Performance Partners, Kevin works alongside CEOs and executives to build transformational cultures rooted in servant leadership principles. His expertise lies in helping leaders align their deepest convictions with their professional impact, creating practical frameworks that equip Gospel Forward leaders to win at home, excel at work, and create Kingdom impact in their communities.
DR. WILLIAM BEACHY
Dr. William Beachy (Bill) is an ordained minister, coach, and Associate Professor of Pastoral Leadership & Spiritual Formation at Ashland Theological Seminary with more than 35 years of experience training and mentoring leaders. He earned his Ph.D. in Formative Spirituality from Duquesne University (magna cum laude) and holds certifications as a Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, Master Facilitator for SDI 2.0, EQi 2.0 facilitator, and is among a select group certified on the e2grow growth-culture platform. Bill has coached organizations and leaders across the U.S. and internationally, led major program and grant initiatives (including a $1M Lilly Foundation grant), and taught at several seminaries and universities. Based in Lansing, Michigan, he blends strategic vision and relational intelligence to help leaders discover their “sweet spot”; he and his wife Barbara have four children and five grandchildren.
JON USBORNE
Jon Usborne is an entrepreneur, strategist, and founder of Leveret Drive, a business development company dedicated to helping organizations grow through innovative marketing pipelines, digital systems, and creative storytelling. With over 20 years of leadership experience in ministry and business, Jon blends relational insight with a sharp eye for strategy, guiding clients through branding, operations, and growth initiatives. He has built and advised ventures across industries, while also producing original music and creative projects. Based in Brighton, Michigan, Jon is passionate about helping leaders move from vision to execution, with a focus on sustainable growth and future-focused solutions. He and his wife Julie have three daughters and remain deeply invested in family, faith, and shaping a better future through business and creativity.
